A native Houstonian raised in Hedwig Village, Rebecca Chirich is the Broker and Owner of Iron Vine Properties, a boutique Houston real estate brokerage specializing in luxury residential real estate.
With more than 14 years of full-time experience, Rebecca brings a deep understanding of Houston’s neighborhoods, architecture, and residential market. Her work spans Houston, with particular expertise in Memorial and the Memorial Villages, Spring Branch, Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, the Heights, and luxury properties throughout the Houston area.
A Master Certified Negotiation Expert and consistent top producer, Rebecca is known for combining strong negotiation with thoughtful strategy, sophisticated property marketing, and exacting attention to detail. She advises both buyers and sellers through every stage of a transaction—from evaluating value and positioning a property for market to navigating inspections, appraisals, and complex negotiations.
